For this 12-story student housing development with an integrated parking structure, we provided comprehensive plumbing solutions to support high-density residential living, shared-use amenities, and recreational spaces.

Our scope included:

  • DWV (drain, waste, and vent) systems engineered for multi-story efficiency.
• Centralized gas water heating system to ensure consistent and efficient hot water distribution throughout the building.
• Rooftop pool and hot tub plumbing, including dedicated supply and drainage systems.
• Gas piping for outdoor amenities, including patio heaters and built-in gas BBQs for resident use.
• Recreation room plumbing, providing necessary water and drainage connections for utility spaces, restrooms, and hydration stations.
• Parking structure drainage and sump pump systems, designed to manage stormwater and prevent water accumulation in the below-grade levels.
