For this 120,000-square-foot mixed-use development in South Eugene, we provided comprehensive plumbing solutions to support residential, retail, and parking functions in this four-over-one construction.

Our scope included:

• Below-grade parking drainage and sump pump systems to manage stormwater and ensure proper water runoff.
• Ground-level retail plumbing installations, including grease waste systems, commercial restroom facilities, and high-capacity water supply lines to accommodate various tenant needs.
• Four floors of residential living, with plumbing systems designed to support a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. This included:
  • DWV (drain, waste, and vent) systems, engineered for multi-story efficiency.
  • Centralized gas water heaters, providing consistent and energy-efficient hot water distribution throughout the residential floors.
