For this 120,000-square-foot mixed-use development in South Eugene, we provided comprehensive plumbing solutions to support residential, retail, and parking functions in this four-over-one construction.
Our scope included:
- Below-grade parking drainage and sump pump systems to manage stormwater and ensure proper water runoff.
- Ground-level retail plumbing installations, including grease waste systems, commercial restroom facilities, and high-capacity water supply lines to accommodate various tenant needs.
- Four floors of residential living, with plumbing systems designed to support a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. This included:
- DWV (drain, waste, and vent) systems, engineered for multi-story efficiency.
- Centralized gas water heaters, providing consistent and energy-efficient hot water distribution throughout the residential floors.
By delivering high-quality, code-compliant plumbing solutions, we helped create a functional, efficient, and comfortable living space that supports both residential and commercial tenants.
