Fairfield Elementary School

The new Fairfield Elementary School replaces a 1950s-era school complex, bringing modern, flexible, and technology-intensive educational spaces to accommodate up to 600 students. Constructed on the existing play area while school remained in session, the project required strategic coordination and phased implementation to ensure safety and minimal disruption. Designed to be LEED Silver equivalent, the school prioritizes sustainability, efficiency, and adaptability in both educational and support spaces.

Our plumbing scope included:

• High-efficiency water distribution and drainage systems, designed for long-term durability and low environmental impact.
• Restroom and ADA-compliant fixture installations, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and water conservation.
• Classroom and exploration lab plumbing, featuring:
  • Utility sinks and handwashing stations to support hands-on, project-based learning.
  • Hydration stations throughout the building to promote student wellness.
• Commercial kitchen plumbing, including:
  • Grease waste management and backflow prevention for food service operations.
  • High-capacity water heating systems to meet cafeteria demands.

By delivering safe, efficient, and code-compliant plumbing solutions, we helped create a modern, adaptable, and community-centered learning environment that supports next-generation education and sustainability goals.
