Heartfelt Guesthouse at Riverbend

This 20-unit housing complex at the Riverbend campus is a collaboration between PeaceHealth and Ronald McDonald House Charities, providing a comfortable, supportive space for families with loved ones in the hospital.

With the project funded entirely through charitable giving, Twin Rivers Plumbing played a key role in value engineering (VE) solutions, identifying cost-saving alternatives that reduced project expenses by over $40,000 while maintaining quality and functionality.

Our scope of work included:

• Underground and above-ground plumbing installations, ensuring reliable water distribution and drainage throughout the complex.
• Gas piping to support heating systems and appliances.
• Fixture installations, including efficient, high-quality plumbing fixtures designed for long-term durability.
• Rain drain systems to manage stormwater effectively and protect the facility from water-related issues.

By delivering cost-effective, high-quality plumbing solutions, we helped create a welcoming, functional space for families in need, reinforcing the mission of compassionate care and community support.
