For this large-scale mixed-use development, we provided full plumbing system installations tailored to the diverse needs of the project. Our scope included complete plumbing infrastructure for an 82-room hotel, featuring in-room water and drainage systems, rooftop and ground-floor restaurant plumbing, and high-efficiency water heating solutions to support continuous guest use.

In addition, we completed plumbing installations for a 113-unit apartment complex, ensuring reliable water distribution, DWV (drain, waste, and vent) systems, and energy-efficient fixture connections throughout the residential spaces.

Beyond the hotel and apartments, our team executed several tenant improvement (TI) projects within the three-story retail and office complex. We worked closely with vendors to customize plumbing layouts, install grease traps for restaurant spaces, and integrate high-performance water systems to meet the unique demands of each tenant.
