For this expansive senior living community, we provided full-scale plumbing installations to support a variety of residential and communal spaces. Our work encompassed plumbing systems for 24 independent living apartments, 80 assisted living units, and 34 memory care residences, ensuring each unit had reliable hot and cold water distribution, efficient DWV (drain, waste, and vent) systems, and accessible plumbing fixtures designed for resident comfort and ease of use.

Additionally, we completed the plumbing infrastructure for a 14,000-square-foot community recreational center, including an indoor swimming pool. This included specialized plumbing, high-capacity water heating, and drainage solutions to maintain optimal water quality and efficiency.
