New Residence Hall

For this multi-phase university housing project, we provided comprehensive plumbing installations for three newly constructed buildings, ensuring efficient water distribution, drainage, and utility systems designed for high-occupancy student living.

The New Residence Hall consists of two buildings:

• Building B features traditional dormitory-style units with shared bathrooms, where we installed durable DWV (drain, waste, and vent) systems, high-capacity water supply lines, and commercial-grade restroom fixtures to withstand continuous use.
• Building C includes studio and 4-bedroom/4-bath apartment-style residences, each with full kitchens. We installed residential kitchen plumbing, individual water heating systems, and grease waste management to ensure long-term efficiency in apartment-style living.

For the shared-use spaces, including the community kitchen, bike storage, laundry facilities, and courtyards, we installed grease waste systems, high-capacity drainage, and water supply lines to accommodate high-traffic areas. The laundry facility required commercial-grade water lines and drainage, while the community kitchen was outfitted with grease lines and heavy-duty plumbing designed to support frequent use.
