For this renovation of two classrooms and one laboratory in an 80-year-old building, we provided plumbing and HVAC solutions to support modern educational and research needs while preserving the integrity of the existing structure.

Our scope included:

• Laboratory plumbing upgrades, including new water supply, drainage, and specialty piping to accommodate research and instructional use.
• Classroom plumbing improvements, ensuring proper fixture installations and utility connections to support faculty and student needs.
• Wet & dry HVAC scope, which we managed and subcontracted to local companies to ensure a seamless upgrade to the mechanical system.
• Code-compliant infrastructure improvements, modernizing outdated systems while integrating with the existing building layout.

By delivering high-efficiency plumbing and HVAC solutions, we helped transform aging classrooms and lab spaces into modern, functional, and comfortable learning environments.
