For this new 12-story student housing development with an integrated parking garage, we provided comprehensive plumbing solutions designed to support high-density residential living, shared-use amenities, and specialized infrastructure.

The apartment units, ranging from studios to 5-bedroom/5-bath configurations, were outfitted with individual water heaters in each unit, ensuring on-demand hot water and energy-efficient usage. Each unit also included full kitchens, laundry closets, and multiple bathrooms, requiring a robust plumbing system with high-efficiency water distribution, DWV (drain, waste, and vent) systems, and proper ventilation to support high-occupancy living.

The parking garage required specialized plumbing, including drainage and infrastructure to meet safety and regulatory standards.

For the shared-use amenities, we installed grease waste systems, high-capacity drainage, gas piping, and dedicated water supply lines to accommodate the fitness center, coffee bar, outdoor terrace with grills & firepits, and rooftop pool with outdoor kitchen. The rooftop pool area required specialized plumbing connections, ensuring proper water supply, drainage, and system efficiency for long-term functionality in a high-traffic recreational space.
