For this new construction senior living community, we provided comprehensive plumbing solutions to support Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residences across six buildings, 18 independent living units, and a central community center.

Each residential unit was equipped with reliable hot and cold water distribution, DWV (drain, waste, and vent) systems, and ADA-compliant plumbing fixtures to ensure comfort, safety, and accessibility for residents. The community center required extensive plumbing installations, including high-capacity water heating, drainage, and specialty piping to accommodate various shared-use spaces.

We installed specialized plumbing systems to support a wide range of amenities, including:

• Fitness center, movie theater, and art studio, requiring restroom and utility sink installations.
• Salon, day spa, and treatment rooms, with dedicated water supply lines for wash stations and therapy equipment.
• Formal dining room, Fancho’s restaurant and bar, and brick pizza oven, which required grease waste management, commercial-grade drainage, and kitchen plumbing.
• Greenhouse and community garden beds, requiring water supply systems.
• Indoor swimming pool, where we provided boiler-fed water heating for consistent temperature control.
• Enclosed private courtyards and outdoor dining areas, requiring strategically placed outdoor plumbing connections.
• Demonstration and therapy kitchens, designed with specialized plumbing to support culinary and rehabilitation activities.
