For this new 12-story student housing development with an integrated parking garage, we provided a comprehensive plumbing system designed to support high-density residential living, shared-use amenities, and specialized infrastructure.

The apartment units, ranging from studios to 4-bedroom/4-bath configurations, were outfitted with full kitchens, laundry closets, and individual bathroom plumbing, ensuring reliable water distribution, high-efficiency drainage, and proper venting. The project also included the installation of a central water heating system, delivering consistent hot water across all residential spaces.

The parking garage required specialized plumbing features, including an oil-water separator, ensuring proper waste management and environmental compliance.

For the shared-use amenities, we installed grease waste systems, high-capacity drainage, gas piping, and water supply lines to accommodate the community kitchen, firepit & outdoor grills, bike storage, courtyards, and fitness center. Additionally, the rooftop hot tub required dedicated water supply and drainage systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation in a high-use environment.
