For this 32,500-square-foot renovation and expansion of the university’s on-campus student health and counseling facility, we provided a comprehensive plumbing system upgrade to support expanded medical, mental health, and wellness services.

Our scope included:

• Reworking and expanding existing plumbing infrastructure to integrate seamlessly with the new construction..
• High-efficiency water distribution systems to serve exam rooms, counseling spaces, and administrative areas.
• Drainage and sanitary plumbing systems designed to handle increased patient volume while meeting healthcare facility standards.
• Restroom and ADA-compliant fixture upgrades to improve accessibility and efficiency.
• Specialized plumbing for lab and sterilization areas, including emergency eyewash stations and handwashing sinks in treatment spaces.
