For this historic renovation to the former Oregon State Hospital Nursing building, we upgraded outdated plumbing systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and code compliance to 52 units. Our team performed full-system repiping, replacing aging supply lines, DWV (drain, waste, and vent) systems, and water service connections. We installed modern, high-efficiency fixtures, optimized water pressure, and ensured proper drainage to enhance tenant comfort. Additional upgrades included new water heaters, backflow prevention devices, and improved sewer line connections. By seamlessly integrating new plumbing within the existing structure, we delivered a durable, high-performing system designed to support long-term residential use.
